HI all,
I googled a lot for this but it's been hard so far to find an answer to my question. Does anyone know if Fluent can handle an interface between a rotating and a stationary solid? I do need to setup a transient calculation (involving conjugate heat transfer, so the solid domain is actually meshed and solved for) of a turbine rotor but assuming a zero tip gap between the rotor blade and the shroud. Does anyone know if it is possible in Fluent or a tip gap should always be present? Thanks a lot for the help, Rob |
