Hello guys!
I am doing a simulation on a 2D shallow depth combustion chamber.
I am struggling on some points as I am not familiar with the program so well.

first of all, my general set ups are transient, axisymmetric 2D, pressure.
My bc are so simple and there is no inlet nor outlet.
Only axis, cylinder head, piston ring and walls.
It was set to fluid, is that correct?
Secondly, when I upload my iso-octane chemkin format, it shows error in species line 139, how do I know the number of the line and how do I fix it?
Moreover, for the dynamic mesh, ansys fluent creates new bc such as interior body do I set it in the dynamic mesh as i am interested in in cylinder? And what do you think my boundary condition should be like walls?are they deforming, stationary or rigid? And for the piston ring, cylinder head and the axis?
And the cell height problem. It usually gives me this error
Error at node0. Negative cell volume detected.
Error at node n, whatever the number is but they all got the same error?
Any idea? I usually set my cell height based on the size of the element that I have sized in the mesh? Is it correcr or ?
And for the simulation of the combustion chamber, am I supposed to make a notepad.prof file for the motion of the piston?
If yes how?
