Error on AMG divergence

Dear Ansys users,
Currently I am doing one solar radiation model in fluent but encountered divergence issue as follow. Can anyone give advice on this? I am completely frustrated as I have tried to refine my meshes, reduce relaxation factors etc following potential solution I found which did not work!!
