solution result of any parameter at all grid points in ANSYS Fluent in data file?

Normally in ANSYS Fluent, data file or graph shows variation of a flow field parameter

along axis or center line or arbitrary line. Here my question is " How to obtain/save a data file or graph in ANSYS fluent which contain solution result of any flow field parameter at all flow domain grid points?

The fluent .dat file contains all the solution data at all grid points.

but how to obtained a file which contain converged value of any flow field parameter of each grid point, which ca easily be imported in excel and can make a graph of it.
