Hi

I have done a hot water delivery test to check how much hot water can the tank deliver. now I need to study the heat loss of my tank and spiral heat exchanger using Ansys Fluent

I tried 2 ways

I tried to convert all cell zones from liquids to solids, then I received error message(plz check attachments)

then I tried to keep my cell zones as they are, and changed my heat exchanger parts from interiors and mass flow inlets and outlets to walls
then I received floating point exception error

how would you solve this issue?

thank you all
