Hello,
I am here searching for some help in fluent.
The thing is that i need to measure the mass flow rate (mfr) trought a duct. The problem comes when i am simulating external aerodynamics and the duct doesn't have any boundary face to compute the mfr.

I tried to make a surface there in a CAD and i meshed it but i don't know how can i have that face in fluent in order to compute the mfr.

This photo represents the cap i am talking about.

I hope you can help me.
Thank you

actually after caping , you have fluid domain only na ,.. so take that domain ..and create named selection over that domain

I think i am not understanding you. what is NA.
I have my fluid domain but what i want to do is like making the baffles like a surface into a heat exchanger or a silencer.

sorry ,its my local slang , by using imprint (Boolean) method you can give baffle effects
