I am performing ANSYS - FLUENT simulations for pressure cooker with water filled in half the volume of pressure cooker. Aim of the simulation is to calculate the energy required for increasing temperature of water inside pressure cooker fromf 27 degree Celsius to 100 degree Celsius.

So, how should I define the end condition of this simulation so that software will stop the simulation at the point when temperature of all the water reaches to boiling point and then calculate the energy required for heating water?
