Looking for fluent tutorial input files

Hello guys,

I am working on the simulation of plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition.

Fluent tutorial 15 has the somewhat similar problem of chemical vapor deposition.

Can anyone mail me input files for the same to perform hands on practice?
