Hello
I am working on the numerical simulation of two-phase flows around a Savonuis rotor with Ansys fluent (VOF method), in fact I created two domains, a fixed domain and a rotating domain containing the rotor, I chose the sliding mesh method and I imposed a rotational speed for the rotating domain in cell zone conditions and the turbine in boundary conditions, in this context, I noticed after the calculation that the jet of water coming out of the penstock does not strike the rotor to turn it and the rotating domain does not turn and that the rotor rotates with the air before the jet of water strikes it and I got unrealistic values of epsilon, What can I do please? and thank you in advance. |
