Maybe you could use "(flush-cache)" after setup case and data to free RAM before calculation.

I don't really see a question posted, but if you are asking about whether RAM is enough or not, then it may or may not be enough. Rule of thumb is to multiple the number of cells in million by 4 to get RAM required in GB to run a single-phase, turbulent, steady-state flow. If more equations are added, RAM requirement increases accordingly. So, if whole of the RAM is available in your system, it might work.
