Hi,
I'd like to ask about some indicators detecting uniformity of flow (velocity, mass, etc.). I know about RMS, but the question is, is there any other? Which turbulent model is considered as good for those indicators? I've read on this forum that RMS is not for k-epsilon and k-omega models (only for LES or Reynolds Stress Turbulence). The only indicator of uniformity is turbulent kinetic energy. Is it right? And the third question is: How do you guys evaluate RMS in Fluent? |
