I am modeling a stirred mixer tank for alcohol hand sanitizer production. Which model do you recommend to me? I don't kwow where I begin.
In the production first there is a mixture of a agente (a powder) to increase the viscous of the alcohol to above 8000cP, then there is a reaction of neutralization of the pH (whith a liquid base).
I am trying to model in ANSYS to compare to models of impeller. The parameter are the viscosity and the pH. They should be homogenios as possible.

I don't kwow where I begin. I am startint to learn ANSYS.
I can give more detail of the process if needded.
