I am solving a natural convection problem in a square cavity with solid-liquid phase change and gravity in negative Y- direction. I have written a UDF for density as function of temperature.
I have specified operating temperature to phase change temperature. Do I need to specify operating density also. Density in my problem varies from 905 to 928. I tried with giving specific density equal to 900 kg/m^3. But the solution is not converging. However, when I disable the operating density I'm getting convergence. Should I go ahead without specifying operating density. Kindly Help. Thanks |
