Hi! I am trying to simulate the formation and reduction of NOx in multiphase flow.
To use the built-in NOx model, we toggle on Setup>Models>Species>NOx. But when I activated a multiphase flow model such as VOF and Eulerian, the dropdown button of "Species" just disappeared. Is the built-in NOx model of Fluent not compatible with the multiphase flow models? If it is, is there any known alternative? My first guess is to reproduce the NOx model using UDS transport and appropriate UDFs. Or I may simply utilize the species transport equation with reactions of NOx formation and destruction. But this may take a long calculation time. Any comments will be helpful to me. Thank you.

FYI, a technical engineer of my Fluent vendor confirmed that the built-in NOx model is NOT compatible with the multiphase models.
