hernanj is on a distinguished road
Hi everyone. I am performing transient simulations of a Savonius Wind Turbine to obtain torque. This turbines have a considerable variation of torque in time (periodic), then, transient simulations are required. I am trying to perform an optimization, maximizing torque, and I need mean torque as output parameter on Fluent. The output parameter that I have achieved so far is only the last data of the Time vs Torque graph and it does not work for the case. Can someone provide me information about how can i set the average torque in time as an output parameter directly on ANSYS?
I have seen RMS values can be obtained, however not for moment results. It would not work for me to take the results from the output file and obtain the average in Excel either, it would not work for the optimization in ANSYS.
Thanks for the help.
