RMS values in cfd-post

In transient cases, Fluent .dat files contain some RMS fields. The values of these fields in the file differ from those displayed in cfd-post. If you open for example a cas/dat case with Paraview and load the RMS velocity you will see that the values are different from those of cfd-post. What calculation for rms fields does the cfd-post use?
