Measuring air mass in air and water mixture

Hello,
I am simulating two fluids (air and water) in a cylinder which are immiscible in principle but at outlet, there is a vortex that causes air to get into it. Now I want to measure the amount/flux of the incoming air in the mixture at the Outlet. Is there anyway to compute this mass? or quantity? Regards, SJ |
