Hello,
I am running an impingement flow problem with particle deposition. Because the deposit builds up at the impingement point, the mesh has to be highly deformed. The Remeshing setup requires min/max length scale. The Remeshing will act if grid is larger/smaller than the scale. But my problem is in my domain, the smallest grid is determined by first layer grid near the wall, and the largest grid is determined by grid near the outlet. So the Remeshing does not work because the mesh in the region of interest is always within the “normal” range. Am I correct that the my mesh is not remeshed because of this problem? if so, how do I solve the problem? Is it possible that I set the max/min length scale specifically for the region of interest? thank you Last edited by BEEL; April 8, 2022 at 13:52. |
