Default Notional Nozzle approach

BHAVESHNAGAR98 is on a distinguished road
Once you derive notional nozzle diameter and velocity, density, temperature, pressure etc. at that position using any of the models (e.g. birch 1984, molkov, schefer etc.) How do you proceed further like how do you incorporate this in your geometry? for more clarity, Level 2 in the image attached represent actual nozzle and Level 3 represent notional nozzle. I have found all the parameters at level 3.
