Continuity error, recirculation of air

Hello,

I'm currently analysing airflow through a geometry and I get a continuity error, which looks like its a result of the airflow coming back on itself.

My mesh is of 6.5 million cells, orthogonal quality of like 0.86 and my BCs are setup appropriately.

I've tried limiting the issue with a SIMPLE method from a COUPLED but no difference.

Any suggestions to what else I could try? Thank you!
