some questions about multispecies case ( fluent )

Hello dears,
I work with air dispersion case ( turbulent and species ) , my domain dimensions ( 220m * 140m * 90 ).
the gases release in domain by vertical flow rate 27 kg/s and the velocity inlet 3 m/s (wind speed). but I didn't get the true plume behavior.
my boundary conditions ( wind (velocity inlet ) , symmetry , wall , 2 stacks (mass flow inlet) , outlet (pressure outlet))
what should I do to get the results ? and get small residuals ?
and what should I do to avoid reversed flow ?

can you post some pictures ? I absolutely got nothing from your description. I didn't even understand what you are trying to simulate

I am trying to simulate gas dispersion ( exhaust gases ) and I have some building near the stack
and I am trying to ensure that the plume distribute far from the buildings.
