Hey guys I'm Berk.

I'd like to know how can I run heat conduction in thin films in ANSYS.

The problem is when the thickness between the thin films are much smaller than the mean free path of the scattering body' phonon, that makes this problem unsolvable since the Fourier law breaks down.

As a result, the problem needs to be modelled purely ballistic mechanism.

Is there any instructor material to follow about this problem?

(The topic may be referred as near-field heat transfer, microscale heat transfer)

Thank you

I'm not sure if that will help you. The easiest way is to model the thin film as a solid wall thickness (shell conduction) on your boundary. But in this way you have only the heat transfer due to conduction through your fluid and no convection term.
