Post UDF for set of boundary conditions

LiLAJ is on a distinguished road
I want to create UDF for the inlet boundaries:
∂v/∂y = 0,
P =-0.5 * v^2
with velocity (v) is obtained from the simulation calculations. how can i define velocity gradient ?
Please, can you guide me with any information help me.
