Default Simple Question Regarding Continuity Closure

Hello,

I am not CFD versed. I have a question about the convergence of values at a point in Fluent. I am trying to show that my terms balance (LHS=RHS) in the vorticity transport equation, but they do not (even though my Fluent solution looks reasonable). Further, as a check I tried (dVx/dx+dVy/dy+dVz/dz), and it will not sum to zero. Could anyone explain to me why I am not getting closure here?

Thanks for your time and help!

RC
