Urgent Help needed on casting

Dear Guys,

I am doing project on solidification of casting.i modeled component with gating arrangements. i applied boundary conditions are 1. velocity inlet at the entry of gate with a velocity of about 2m/s and tem 1800K 2. velocity of about 0.1 at the outlet with temp 1000K 3. then wall conditions of about 300 ambient temp the materials with melting heat, liquidus, solidus temp. these are the bc had given and with unsteady molten metal flow, My problem is not converging and continuity equation reaches a infinite value.if any one find solution send me with a source code.
