Clean room simulation in CFD

I am currently trying to model the clean room and comform to the CLASS 100.But I have not ideas in CFD about this porblem.How should I model the problem???

If you just model air flow in clean room, is Class 100 meaningful? I think dust or particle of class 100 is not reactive.
