SST k-w model boundary conditions

Hi,
I am a master student, for my final year I am making a thesis about the design of a heat exchanger... I'm very new at this as you can probably see from some of the topics Ive got floating around here. A counterflow double pipe heat exchanger was chosen for it's simplicity. Through the inner pipe flows a gas starting at 600°C (873K) going to about 50°C (323K), this is a laminar flow according to previous calculations.. Water flow through the annulus starting at a temperature of 6°C (279K), again according to previous calculations this is a turbulent flow with a Reynolds number of approx. 80 000. I'm using Workbench 15.0 I think the best option is for me to use the pressure based solver and I've chosen to just go with the SIMPLE pressure-velocity coupling... Please let me know if there is something I'm doing wrong here already... I've set both inlets to "velocity inlet" with only the velocity magnitude and temperature changed from the defaults. and both outlets are set to "pressure outlet" with all values as default walls are just set to non-slip condition... So, my question is... are these boundary conditions OK or am I doing something wrong? Am I supposed to change all those values or is it ok to leave most of them on the default values...
