Hi,
I used FLUENT to simulate the axial fan static pressure in the pipe. Now I have known the mass flow rate from experiment. I set the pressure oulet condtion in the outlet.and set the target mass flow rate. Then I opened the monitor of mass flow rate in the oulet. But the mass flow rate was not my set value in the outlet during the iteration. I set target mass flow rate is 0 CFM,but simulation was 225 CFM. My axial fan rotation speed was 5570 RPM. Could someone tell me why the simulation mass flow rate was different from target mass flow rate??? Thanks a lot!! |
