hi how to do the meshing for a flow past a cylinder or sphere where the object is fully closed and flow goes around it...suggestions wud be highly appreciated... thanks a lot..

I am modelling the same problem. The way I do it is I use hexahedral mesh with a finer mesh around the cylinder. You also need to take into consideration the geometry of your model.
