hi , iam very new to writing of UDF'S.i want some sugesstions i want to write udf to include cohesive forces in kinetic theory of granular flow.
In the kinetic theory of granular flow (KTGF) in fluent the solids pressure term is sum of collision pressure and kinetic pressure term.NOW I HAVE TO ADD TO THESE TWO PRESSURE TERMS THE COHESIVE PRESSURE TERM. I got an equation having all these terms( cohesive+ kinetic+collision),this is modified form of KTGF ,which is just addition of cohesive term to the solid's pressure term in KTGF. for this modification iam planning of writing an udf. for this problem how i have to proceed. thanks a lot in advance |

Hey ..I am passing through similar challenges. Have you solved your problem? Also, why did you use granular option over DEM model Thanks |
