Interface between meshes and high skewness

Hello FLUENT Users, I'm using an interface between meshes in a dynamic meshing problem. I noticed that when I enable an interface option, FLUENT for some reason automatically changes some of the mesh points and creates new cells with relatively high skewness (this happens even before using the dynamic mesh option). This high skewness creates high numerical error during calculations (High hot spots within the fluid without any reason etc...). Did anyone encounter this kind of problem? If so, how could it be fixed? Thank you in advance, Danny
