reversed flow

Hi all, When i am running the computations in fluent, I have been encountering an error called " Reversed flow " on some face but in my problem there is no scope of such a flow. Has anyone encountered such error?...if so cud someone plz tell me the sources of such error.

Hi Lakshmi Kanth, i had encountered such problem. I reduced the relaxation paramters and it was gone.
