Default cartesian to cylindrical coordinate UDF

Hi, I would like to convert the velocity derivatives from the cartesian coordinates (C_DUDX,C_DUDY,etc.) to the cylindrical coordinates. Can anyone suggest me how do I do it through UDF? due to this I am stuck in my project. please help me out.
