UDF for C_VOF variation with time and space

Hi Dear all, I am using vof model with 2 phases .. my problem is writing a UDF which specify the varaition of the volume fraction of the prymary and/or secondary phase with time and space (say as a sinusoidal or gaussian varation law for example).. like a sinusoidal or a gaussian varaition of the Free interface between the 2 phase ...
when I try to use the C-VOF with this law , and introduce time ans spacial coordinates..I have error message..(Access violation..) can some body has deal with similar problem help me ...please!..any suggession ... thanks in advance Frederik |

Dear Frederik,
I used the VOF method to simulate gas-liquid and liquid-liquid two-phase flow using my own fortran code since 1997. Currently, I am also using the Fluent 6.2. You might forward me your UDF founction. I would like to find the bug for you. Good luck! Rucy |

Dear Sir,
You could use the VOF model and also use the translation reference frame. I simulated similar case in 1999 to 2000. Good luck! Rucy |
