Default problem with strong pressure

hello i have a problem , i want to simulate a flow in a small cylindre r=0.8mm l=226mm, the problem is about the pressure, in fact i have a pressure of 150e5 Pa and a temperature of 800k

all boundary condition i chose is bad the system don't converge.

if you have a solution it's very sympathic sorry for english I am frensh ma and it's difficult
