Default gambit size functions from boundary layer cap

I have found a few Fluent/Gambit presentations online that say you can use size functions that grow based on the top layer of a boundary layer that has been applied. This option is supposed to be available in the mesh volume as a checkbox labled "Meshed S.F on B.L cap", where you then give it the growth rate and max size. (for tet/hybrid TGrid).

page 38 will show you what i mean http://www.processflow.ru/presentati...ambit_2006.pdf

I cannot even get this option to show up for me. Does anyone have any ideas why? This would be a very usefull tool. I am using gambit 2.2.30.

Thanks in advance Greg
