Default entrainment rate of particles

Hello,

I need to study the deposition of water particles in a horizontal pipe (the flow is a gas). How can I implement the entrainment rate of the particles? When using a UDF ("DEFINE_DPM_INJECTION_INIT"), I can initialize the diameters, the density and the velocities of the droplets. However, I have no clue how to initialize the entrainment of these droplets. I am rather new with droplet studies. If you have any idea, please let me know. Many thanks.
