I have the inductor with power 4000 W, and using UDF i wanna input it to energy source, but the energy source is given in [W/m^3]... Does it mean that i have to input this power as 4000W/volume_of_inductor(m3)?

just calculate the inductor volume and divide through for a flux then specify this value in Fluent. Dont need udfs just use fluid/solid bc panel in GUI and activates source terms.
