Default time step for unsteady film cooling simulation

Hi,

I'm trying to simulate film cooling on a flat plate using an unsteady solver. I'm not sure what time step I should use for the simulation. My freestream flow is M=0.3 whilst the plenum flow is M~=0.

I wondered whether anyone could advice me on how to determine the time step for the unsteady simulation please?

Many thanks From JT
