I'm cuurently working on a blunt cone of 8 degree half angle... I have used boundary layer meshing to mesh the cone part. and taken thrice the chord lenght on the upper and lower sides.. The dimensions are in inches and mach number is around 6M and Everytime i run the solver the solution diverges. I have no idea where i'm goin wrong. And some times if i scale it to meters in terms of 10e-5 the solution converges. Is my problem due to the scaling factor? Meshing? or some other factors.
Please, kindly help me with your suggestions. |
