heat transfer in egg - problem

Hi guys!

I've got to do a simulation of an egg in water for a course at university. It is only a heat transfer problem, there are no other fluxes.
The model was meshed in Gambit and it consists of 3 faces: water, yolk an egg white. The material data that i use should be fine, as it was used by several persons doing cfd-simulation with them.
The problem is, as you can se in the attachment, that the yolk doesn't change its temperature (tried several time steps). The boundery condition for the yolk in the picture is set "wall" altough it isn't really a wall, but an interface between egg white an yolk. I have tried to change it to other type several times but nothing really worked.
Can anyone please help me?

Hey Anna, see if you set the yolk wall as an adiabatic wall, or in other words, the heat flux is '0'. I don't have a FLUENT on hand, the suggestion may not be accurate, but try to modify the wall as 'coupled' or something.
