Particles escaping geometry - through seams?

Hi All,

Any ideas about this one?

I have been tracking particles at varying flow velocities with reasonable results.

However, when we check the particles at very low flow rates it appears that some particles are escaping the geometry. Maybe at the seams/edges?

I have double-checked the geometry and it appears sound. I also tried adjusting the Tracking Parameters for the DPM. No change in results.

use report /DPM/sample and check if there are some particles effectivly leaving ur geometry. If not u should have same numbers of inject particles as escaped
