Default unsteady pressure, temp profile without a udf

Guys, I want to know if there is a way to write a pressure and temperature profile as a function of temperature. I don't have any equation, I just have a set of data with P, T against time. Fluent6.3.26 manual has section 7.26 describing a case with properties against space coordinates. But there is no help for an unsteady case.

I don't want to write any udf, there should be a way to read a text file by making some modifications. Please chip in.
