Default Values to consider in a symmetry model

JJ Wey is on a distinguished road
Hi,

Due to symmetry I'm analysing half of my model in Fluent. Should I then consider half of the magnitude of reference values as per area and length? And to obtain the Reynolds number in order to calculate Y+, should I consider half of the reference length of the vehicle? Do I have to use the symmetry option in Fluent?.

So many issues I don't find in any manual.

Thanks in advance,

Juan
