Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to specify 'static' pressure inlet boundary condition in Fluent?

Pressure inlet bc exists in Fluent. But it asks for 'Stagnation pressure' not the 'static pressure'.

In my case, i do not know the velocity at the inlet and i know the static pressure at inlet. Therefore, i can not specify the velocity inlet boundary condition. Also, if i use existing pressure inlet boundary condition in fluent, i am not able to calculate stagnation pressure as i do not know the velocity.

Has anyone faced similar situation like this? If yes, please tell me how do you resolve such problem.

Thanks and Best,
Nikhil
