help me mesh this model - bifurcation 3D

Default help me mesh this model - bifurcation 3D

Dear friends,

I have trouble when trying to mesh this model in gambit (better if meshed in hexa)...
attached file is in ACIS format (can be imported to gambit)...

after mesh I want to run in Fluent with inlet velocity at big hole and outlet velocity at 4 small holes, other surfaces are walls.

Please help me on this... thank you very much.
