[ASK] Flow in Corrugated Pipe with FLUENT

Hi Friends,
I'm a student and now i'm studying about flow in pipe (internal flow) with CFD. I have a case about corrugated pipe, it looks like this: It's a 2D case, fluid flow from left of the pipe and out from the other side. Flow is assumed steady and I use k-epsilon model of viscosity. Here's the GAMBIT model: The goal is to calculate the pressure drop, but I still new to FLUENT so I don't know what to do. I have already mesh it with element: quad, type: map, and interval size: 1. I give velocity inlet and pressure outlet as it's boundary condition. Here's the detail of my problem: - inlet diameter and outlet diameter: 0.1 m - pipe length: 1 m - small diameter: 0.004 m - fluid: water liquid - inlet velocity: 0.2 m/s - Reynolds number: 7961.715 - Turbulent Intensity: 5.2% Other parameters like fluid property has already set in FLUENT. Is there any other data did I have to enter in FLUENT? For your info, I use FLUENT 6.3.26. Please show me steps to get data about pressure drop. Please help me to solve my problem. I really need it. Thank you so much everybody... |

Hi
Everything looks ok. You just have to solve it |
