gogga is on a distinguished road
Hello,

I have a quite complex geometry with many parts, different materials and two different flows.

At the outlet of one of the flows I get the following message:

"Warning: Flow boundary zone 152 is adjacent to a solid zone(78). This problem MUST be fixed before solution can proceed!"

ID152 is my outlet surface and ID78 is the body surrounding the flow(think about a block which has been drilled through, ID 78 is the material of the block).

Fluent has no problem with my other flow which has the same settings and geometry.

I can not understand what this message means.
Of course there is a solid around the fluid and therefore a "flow boundary zone adjacent to a solid"...

Do anybody know how to solve this problem?

Thanks,
Henrik
