Temperature contour VS velocity contour - Natural convection

Hi all,

I was running simulations of natural convection in a closed domain.
I have managed to get some results, but it seems that my temperature contours never developed even after 15000 iterations.

However my velocity contours look fine and show natural convection flow patterns. Does anyone know why this might be the case? Any insight would be much appreciated! Thanks!
