Hello Guys
In simulation of fluid flow inside a pipe while there is an obstacle inside, how long should the pipe be elongated after obstacle in downstream to preserve the flow pattern near obstacle?

Thanks

Long enough!
I assume you were referring to the separation region after the obstacle when you mentioned "near obstacle". It depends on the Re/flow velocity, and the size and shape of the obstacle.
